I started Apron Strings simply by request. Friends would regularly say, “I would love to be able to cook like you" and so Apron Strings was born! I love cooking and especially baking for those I love and now you can too. Unlike some people who try and hide their secret recipes I want to share mine with your family so that you can provide a delicious home cooked meal every day of the week. Classes are small (max 5) so that it is very interactive, quick and you are on your way home with new ideas and recipes!
About the Bakerista~
I am an Air Force wife who has set up 6 different homes within 12 years of marriage. My heart is stuck in the Colorado Mountains and it will be hard to ever make me move again! We have two extremely active, growing boys, who eat more often than most infants. My pre-kid life included Sales & Marketing so I do not claim to be a chef or even a sous chef for that matter. I am a Mom who simply loves cooking and baking homemade food. At the end of the day, I love sitting down at the dinner table as a family, a tradition my parents set for my family growing up in Nebraska.
Apron Strings is a natural passion for me and my goal is to have fun meeting new people in the community and eventually growing into a separate kitchen. So please leave me a comment on what you like (and what you don’t) to help me grow!
I look forward to cooking with you,
